I felt that the breakfast options could be improved, as it lacked variety. Despite those setbacks, the overall location was convenient, being close to restaurants and shopping. The attentive service helped ease some frustrations, but I hope they prioritize cleaning and maintaining the facilities better in the future.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel, especially given all the family-friendly amenities. We loved the pool area, and having our three dogs with us made it even more enjoyable. The location is great, with plenty of hiking trails and outdoor activities nearby.

The room’s cleanliness left much to be desired. spotting drool stains on pillows and dust-covered headboards isn’t exactly what you want to see. Just a heads up, the fitness center isn't even on site, requiring a five-minute drive. On top of all that, we faced persistent issues with keycards, constantly having to get them reactivated. The breakfast options were sorely lacking, with only pre-fab starches available and no hot protein options whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend this spot unless you’re mainly there for the water park.

Had an awesome time here with friends! We explored great hiking trails and caught a show at the Alberta Bair Theater. The staff was really friendly, and the rooms were huge and clean. Loved the breakfast bags too!

The only downside was that the water park was closed during our visit, which was a bummer since we were looking forward to that.

I really liked the indoor water park. The kids had a blast, and the staff was friendly when we asked about it. But let me tell you, we had to deal with some serious issues, like dirty linens and the broken bed situation.
